骨科医疗纠纷的成因分析与对策探讨——以某医院38例骨科医疗纠纷为例

Medical Dissensions in Orthopedic Department: the Causes and Countermeasures——Take 38 Cases of Orthopedic Medical Dissensions for Example

回顾某医院从2014年1月~2016年12月间发生的38例骨科医疗纠纷,按成因将其分为医患沟通、并发症、医疗技术、服务态度和其它五大类。结合相关医学文献报告分析发现,在引起骨科医疗纠纷的原因中医患沟通所占比例最高,其次是并发症和医疗技术。本研究真实反映了骨科医疗纠纷的现状与成因,并探讨了相应的防范对策,可供骨科从业者们参考。

This article reviewed 38 cases of orthopedic medical dissensions which occurred from Jan 2014 to Dec 2016, and divided the cases into five major categories according to the causes, including doctor-patient communication, complications, medical technology, service attitude and oth- ers. According to related medical reports, we found that doctor-patient communication was the top cause of medical dissensions in orthopedic depart- ment, and followed by complications and medical technology. This study had actually reflected the status and causes of orthopedic medical dissen- sions and investigated their countermeasures, which could be the references for orthopedic practitioners.
