消费升级对产业结构调整影响研究——进口产品质量对国内企业研发能力的分析

A Study on the Impact of Consumption Upgrading on Industrial Structure Adjustment——Analysis on the Influence of Imported Product Quality on R&D CapabiIity of Domestic Enterprises

本文使用2003-2013年中国海关总署的进出口贸易数据对中国进口产品质量进行了测算,此基础上将该数据和中国工业企业数据中的数据相匹配,并进一步通过实证研究其对企业研发所带来的影响。通过一系列的研究结果来看,中间品进口质量的提高会对企业研发有正向的促进作用,与此相反的是进口资本品质量的提高会在一定程度上抑制企业的研发投入,但是不管是中间品还是资本品,其进口质量的提高都会对新产品的研发产生抑制作用。总体上来看,进口资本品质量提高对企业研发的抑制作用要强于进口中间品对企业研发的促进作用。

In this paper, calculate the quality of imported products in China use the import and export trade data of China＇s General Administration of Customs（C ED） from 2003 to 2013. Based on this, the data were matched with the data in China＇s industrial enterprises. Further to clear its impact on enterprise R D through the empirical study.According to series of results,the improvement of the quality of Chinese imports will have a positive effect on the RD of enterprises.On the contrary, the improvement of the quality of imported capital goods will inhibit the RD investment to a certain extent, Regardless the middle of the goods or capital goods, the improvement of the quality of its imports will have an inhibitory effect on the development of new products. On the whole, the inhibitory effect of the improvement of the quality of imported capital goods on the R D of enterprises is stronger than the import of intermediate products to promote the role of R D.
