利用水煤浆气化炉飞灰合成吸附材料的研究 被引量:8

摘要 以来自内蒙古某气化厂的水煤浆气化炉飞灰为原料制备吸附材料。水煤浆气化炉飞灰总烧失量28.56%,含有大量未燃尽碳。利用水煤浆气化炉飞灰制备活性炭,活性炭碘吸附值随炭化时间与活化时间的增加而增大,碘吸附量可达582.19mg/g。利用水煤浆气化炉飞灰制备复合吸附材料,铜离子脱除率随碱灰比增大而增加,铜离子脱除率可达40.63%。 In this paper, fly ash from coal-water slurry gasifier in Inner Mongolia was used as raw material to prepare adsorbent. The total loss on ignition of fly ash in eoal-water slurry gasifier is 28.56%, which contains a lot of unburned carbon. The indine adsorption capacity of active carbon increased with the increase of carbonization time and activation time, and the iodine adsorption capacity reached 582.19 mg/g. The composite adsorbent was prepared by fly ash from coal-water slurry gasifier, and the removal rate of copper ion was up To 40.63%.
