护理风险管理在心血管和呼吸内科护理中的应用

Application of nursing risk management in cardiovascular and respiratory medicine nursing

目的探讨护理风险管理在心血管、呼吸内科护理中的应用及临床效果。方法选取2013年4月—2016年4月在本院心血管、呼吸内科住院治疗的861例患者(观察组),针对所存在的护理风险因素,开展对应护理风险管理,另选取同期末实施风险管理患者617例(对照组),就两组护理质量控制评分、护理服务质量综合满意度、护士的治疗和操作熟练程度及风险事件发生率等进行比较。结果观察组风险事件发生率(0.12%)及护患纠纷投诉率(0.24%)相比于对照组(0.81%,0.97%),均低于后者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者综合满意度(99.51%)、护士的治疗与操作熟练程度(99.39%)及护理质量控制评分(98.8±1.4)相比于对照组[98.38%,95.14%和(95.2±2.0)],均高于后者且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心血管、呼吸内科常见护理风险因素有人为因素、药品因素及疾病因素等,通过上述分析,制定周密而又详实的风险管理制度,执行全面、系统化的风险防范措施,可显著降低风险事件发生率,提升护理质量,提升护士治疗与操作熟练程度,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the application and clinical effect of nursing risk management in cardiovascular and respiratory medicine nursing. Methods From April 2013 to April 2016, 861 inpatients for cardiovascular and res- piratory medicine therapy were selected as an observation group, and they received the corresponding nursing risk manage- ment. In the same period, 617 inpatients were chosen as a control group, and they received the implementation of risk man- agement. The nursing quality score, treatment and control proficiency in the operation, risk comprehensive quality of nursing service satisfaction, and the incidence rate of nurses were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The risk event rate （0.12%） and the nurse-patient dispute complaint rate （0.24%） in the observation group were low-er than those in the control group （0.81% and 0.97%） （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree （99.51%）, the proficiency of treat-ment of nurses （99.39%）, and the score of nursing quality control （98.8±1.4） in the observation group were higher than those in the control group [98.38%, 95.14%, and （95.2±2.0）] （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The corresponding nursing risk manage-ment can sig- nificantly reduce reduce the incidence of risk events, and improve the nursing quality, nurse treatment profi-ciency, and the satisfaction of patients.
