摘要
随着工业化和城镇化发展,用地扩张,人们开始向滩涂要地,导致中国围填海工程数量不断增加,由此产生的"失海渔民"问题备受学术界关注,完善"失海渔民"补偿机制是当前渔业管理中的重要问题,研究国内外"失海渔民"补偿安置经验对完善我国"失海渔民"补偿机制有利于取长补短改迚中国滩涂湿地补偿制度。
With the economic development and industrial land expansion in recent years, the reclamation project increased significantly, resulting in a large number of fishermen lose their fishing rights. Fishermen compensation issues gradually attract the attention of academia. The problem of sea-losing fishermen is an important issue for the current fisheries management, it＇s worthy to refer to the domestic and overseas sea-losing fishermen resettlement compensation and management experience, and put forward proposal for compensation of sea-losing fishermen.
