失海渔民的生计脆弱性分析

The study on livelihoods vulnerability analysis on fishermen who lose the sea

伴随我国沿海经济及城市化的迅速发展,渔民失海问题愈演愈烈,失海渔民成为同失地农民一样的弱势群体,这种弱势地位很大程度上是由于失海渔民的生计脆弱性决定。本文基于现有研究,提出失海渔民的生计脆弱性分析框架,从失海渔民的生计系统外部冲击与压力、生计系统内部风险抵抗、内外部抗衡结果三个视角分析其生计脆弱性,为失海渔民可持续生计的研究提供理论基础。

Along with the rapid development of coastal economy and urbanization in China, the problem of fishermen who lose the sea is worse and worse, and fishermen who lose the sea become vulnerable groups, like farmers. And this kind of weak position is largely due to the livelihoods vulnerability of fishermen＇s. Based on existing research, this paper puts forward livelihoods vulnerability analysis framework of fishermen who lose the sea, analyzes livelihood vulnerability from three perspectives -external shocks, internal risk resistance and internal and external against results of fishermen＇s livelihoods system, which provides the theoretical foundation for the sustainable livelihoods research on fishermen who lose the sea.
