我国沿海县域海洋渔业发展路径研究——以荣成市为例

The path of coastal county marine fisheries development in China:empirical studies based on Rong Cheng

沿海县域是我国海洋渔业可持续发展的基本空间载体,县域海洋渔业发展状态对全国海洋渔业发展起决定性影响。论文以我国沿海县域中海洋渔业产值全国第一的荣成市为例,指出其海洋渔业发展具有地位显著、内部结构稳定、集聚发展、创新驱动等特点,同时存在捕捞资源衰退、发展空间萎缩、可持续发展能力不足、海水产品加工能力偏低及远洋捕捞装备和基地建设滞后等问题。围绕推动以荣成为代表的我国沿海县域海洋渔业可持续发展,探讨了发展现代健康养殖、壮大远洋渔业和提升海水产品加工能力的基本路径。

Coastal countries is the basic space carrier for the sustainable development of Marine fishery in China, and its development state plays a decisive role in the development of national marine fisheries. Taking Rong Cheng city as an example, this paper points out that the development of marine fishery has the characteristics of remarkable status, stable internal structure, agglomeration development and innovation driving. At the same time, there are still problems such as the decline of fishing resources, the shortening of development space, the lack of sustainable development capacity, the low processing capacity of seawater products, the lagging of offshore fishing equipment and base construction, and so on. Aiming at the sustainable development of marine fishery in China＇s coastal counties like Rong Cheng, the basic pathes was explored, we should develop modern healthy aquaculture, expand oceanic fishery and improve the processing capacity of seawater products.
