摘要
在防洪泵站中,出水流道是非常重要的组成部分,水力特性对泵站的运行安全以及泵站的装置效率影响非常大,如果设计不合理,会出现尾涡、回流等二次流,造成水力损失,因此合理地进行出水流道设计至关重要。本文首先对CFD技术进行了介绍,然后结合工程具体情况,对采用CFD技术对泵站流道优化做了探讨,并提出了优化措施。
In flood-control pump station, discharging runner is an import ingredient. Hydraulic characteristics have big impacts on secured operation and installation efficiency of pump station. Unreasonable designing would lead to trailing vortex, backflow and other secondary flow and cause hydraulic loss, so reasonable implementation of designing of discharging runner is quite important. This article starts by introducing CDF technology, then by combining with specific condition of the project, it probes into optimization of runner in pinup station by use of CFD technology.
