武汉市大型城排泵站更新改造案例研究——以武汉市后湖泵站三期机组改造工程为例

Case Study on Transformation and Renovation of Large Urban Drainage Pumping Stations in Wuhan City——Taking the Reconstruction Project of Houhu Drainage Pumping Station Phase Ⅲ in Wuhan City as an Example

城市排水泵站是雨季汛期城市防洪排涝的重要基础设施,其设施设备的好坏关乎城市排渍安全。本文以武汉市后湖泵站三期机组改造工程为例,对改造工程实施前泵站设施设备存在的问题进行分析,并从机组水泵的选型、同步电机改为异步电机、泵站自控系统升级改造等方面对工程改造措施进行阐述,意在为类似泵站提档升级工程提供参考。

Urban drainage pumping station is the vital infrastructure for flood prevention and drainage of a city during flood season, and the quality of its facilities and equipment has a bearing on the drainage safety of the city. This paper takes the reconstruction project of Houhu Drainage Pumping Station Phase III in Wuhan City as au example, analyzes the problems of the facilities and equipment of the drainage pumping station existed before implementation of the reconstruction project, and elaborates the engineering reconstruction measures from the aspects including selection of the pumps, synchronous motors instead of asynchronous motors and upgrade and reform of the automatic control system of the pumping stations, aiming to provide a reference for the upgrading project of similar pumping stations.
