摘要
针对目前大功率激光电源实时监测难度大的问题,设计了基于CompactRIO实时控制器的大功率激光电源远程监控系统。以LabVIEW实验室虚拟仪器集成环境为开发平台,由PC客户端和实时(RT)控制器端组成,实时控制器端将激光电源的实时状况经过以太网实时打包传送给远程监控端,远程控制端则将所收到的信息解包并显示在监控界面上,监控系统即可对激光电源的各项参数实现远程可视化监控。经反复测试,结果表明:系统运行稳定,满足监控要求。在远端的工作人员不用亲临现场,通过远端的控制端可以实时了解激光电源的工作状况,达到了对激光电源的远程监控的目的。
To solve the problem that it is difficult to real-time monitor high power laser power supply,an remote monitoring system based on CompactRIO real-time controller is designed. The controller is developed by using the Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench( LabVIEW) platform. This system consists of personal computer( PC) and real-time( RT) controller and communicates with each other via Ethernet. The real-time controller sends the current information of laser power to PC via Ethernet. PC reads and display the recieved information. In this way,each parameter can be monitored timely. Tests are done for many times and result of tests show that the system can run stably and meet the requirement of monitoring. Operator in charge of it doesn’t have to get to workplace since the state of laser power can be seen on PC timely,which attains the goal of remote control of laser power.
