摘要
以4-氨基-N-甲基邻苯二甲酰亚胺为原料,经溴化制得溴化物5-氨基-6-溴-2-甲基吲哚-1,3-二酮;然后以该溴化物为原料用亚硝酸钠进行重氮化,制得的重氮溶液与3-N,N-二乙氨基乙酰苯胺偶合,生成偶合物,再进行水洗、过滤,所得的滤饼经干燥、粉碎,进行氰基取代反应,该反应使用DMF作溶剂、用氰化钠在无水条件下进行,合成得到的滤饼经3次DMF洗涤、3次工艺水洗涤,去除副产物而制得高牢度的分散染料。研究了反应条件的影响,在优化条件下,总收率93.64%。
5-Amino-6-bromo-2-methyl- 1H-isoindole- 1,3 (2H) -dione was synthesized from 4-amino-N-methylphthalimide by bromination. The bromide was diazotized with sodium nitrite, and coupling with 3- (Acetylamino) -N, N-diethylaniline. The azo com- pound was filtered and the filter cake washed with water, after drying and milling, the compound reacted with sodium cyanide by cyani- dation in DMF. Then, high fastness disperse dye C. I. Disperse Violet 107 was obtained by 3 times washing with DMF and 3 times wash- ing with water to remove by-products. The effect factors were studied and the optimum conditions were given, in the optimum condi- tions, the overall yield was 93.64%.
