固体酸催化酯化制备氯乙酸乙酯固定床工艺研究

A Study on Preparing Ethyl Chloroacetate by Solid Acid Catalytic Esterification Using a Fixed Bed

摘要 本文采用固体酸H-8为催化剂,以氯乙酸和乙醇为原料,不使用苯、甲苯、环己烷等带水剂,实现了合成氯乙酸乙酯的固定床工艺连续化生产。最佳合成工艺温度70℃,氯乙酸质量空速1.0 h-1,酸醇摩尔比1∶2.0,酯化率可达80%。催化剂连续运转200 h,活性没有降低。 Without dehydrants benzene, toluene, and cyclohexane, ethyl chloroacetate was synthesized from chloroacetic acid and etha- nol by continuous fixed bed process in the presence of a solid acid catalyst named H-8 (lab homemade). The optimum conditions were reaction temperature 70 ℃, space velocity of chloroacetic acid 1.0 h^-1 , and mole ratio of acid to alcohol 1 : 2. The esterification yield of ethyl chloroacetate was above 80%. The activity of catalyst did not decrease after continuous working 200 h.
