Pt-Cu-V/C催化剂用于加氢制备卤代芳胺研究

摘要 以加氢制备3,4-二氯苯胺为探针反应,考察Pt-Cu-V/C用于加氢制备卤代芳胺的选择性和活性。得到较佳的工艺条件:100 m L乙醇,50 g 3,4-二氯硝基苯,0.02 g催化剂(占硝基物质量的0.04%),反应温度75℃,反应压力1.0 MPa。实验结果表明:反应无脱氯副反应发生,产物含量达到99.9%;催化剂不补加,可连续套用2次。 Based on hydrogenation of 3,4-dichloroaniline, the regioselectivity and reactivity of Pt-Cu-V/C for the preparation of halo- genated aromatic amines were evaluated. The optimized process conditions were obtained: ethanol 100 mL, catalyst 0.02 g (0.04%, in weight of 3,4-dichloro nitrobenzene) , 3,4-dichloro nitrobenzene 50 g, reaction temperature 75 ℃, reaction pressure 1.0 MPa. The purity of product reached 99.9% without any deehlorinated byproduct; the catalyst could he recycled 2 times.
