摘要
本文介绍了利用CLT酸副产物合成改性分散染料扩散剂的方法。将萘化合物(包括精萘、甲基萘等)在130~170℃进行磺化,然后加入甲醛或其他醛类化合物,在80~100℃进行第一次缩合反应,接着在同一反应釜内,加入CLT酸副产物(各种异构体的混合物),再加入甲醛或其他醛类化合物,在80~100℃下进行第二次缩合反应;经中和、除盐等后处理后,可得到含固量为30%~40%的改性分散染料扩散剂液体产品;如需,可经喷雾干燥得到粉状产品。经应用检测,性能完全符合HG/T 2499-2006标准要求,用量与通用扩散剂MF相似,但成本较低。
A method for synthesizing modified dispersant of disperse dyes from by-product of CLT acid was introduced. The naphthalene compounds (including naphthalene and methyl naphthalene) was suffonated at 130-170 22, then condensed with formaldehyde or other aldehyde compounds at 80-100 22 ; adding by-product of CLT acid ( mixture of isomers ) and formaldehyde or other aldehydes com- pounds in this reaction solution, and the second condensation was carried out at 80-100 22. A liquid containing 30%-40% modified dispersant products for disperse dyes was obtained after neutralization and desalination. If necessary, a powder products also could be obtained by spray drying. Based on the application tests, the product fully met the standard HG/T 2499-2006. The dosage of the prod- uct was similar to the universal dispersant Dispertan MF, but its cost was lower.
