分子嫁接法改进木质素磺酸盐的分散研磨性能 被引量:1

Improvement on Milling and Dispersing Performances of Lignosulfonate by Molecular Grafting Reaction

摘要 对木质素磺酸盐LF采用分子嫁接法使其与苯酚和甲醛一起进行缩合反应。当三者的质量比为1∶0.060∶0.028,反应液的p H=10时,于80~90℃反应4~5 h,所得产物S5的特性粘度增大到了4.31(木质素磺酸盐LF的特性粘度为2.49)。对产物S5的紫外分析表明,它的最大吸收峰值相对木质素磺酸盐LF红移了11 nm,吸收强度提高了近2倍,这表明分子嫁接反应发生了。用S5研磨C.I.分散蓝354原染料仅需19 h即可使染料分散液的扩散度达到5级。 Lignosulfonate LF was reacted with phenol and formaldehyde in various weight ratios of LF to phenol and formaldehyde. It was found that the intrinsic viscosity of the reaction product S5 could reach 4. 31, when the reaction was carried out at 80-90 ℃ for 4- 5h in weight ratio of LF : phenol : formaldehyde= 1 : 0. 060 : 0. 028 at pH= 10; meanwhile, the intrinsic viscosity of lignosulfonate LF was 2.49. The UV spectra showed that the maximum absorption peak of s5 was 11 nm red-shifted from lignosulfonate LF and its absorp- tion intensity also increased double. These results indicated that the grafting worked. Milling with s5 by 19 h, dispersity of C. I. Dis- perse Blue 354 reached Grade 5.
