血塞通注射液联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死疗效及对患者神经功能的影响

Curative effect by Xuesaitong injection combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction and its influence on neural function in patients

目的探讨分析血塞通注射液联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病伴脑梗死的临床疗效及对患者神经功能的影响。方法 98例2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各49例。对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组给予血塞通注射液联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗。观察两组临床疗效、血液流变学及神经功能情况。结果观察组患者治疗后红细胞压积、红细胞最大聚集指数、血浆粘度、全血低切粘度、全血高切粘度均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.9%(46/49)高于对照组的71.4%(35/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分为(7.8±1.5)分,显著低于对照组的(11.5±2.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血塞通注射液和瑞舒伐他汀联合使用治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者,有助于改善患者的血液流变学指标和神经功能,能够显著提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate and analyze clinical effect by Xuesaitong injection combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction and its influence on neural function in patients. Methods A total of 98 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received rosuvastatin for treatment, and the observation group received Xuesaitong injection combined with rosuvastatin for treatment. Observation was made on clinical effect, hemorheology and hemorheology in the two groups. Results The observation group had all lower packed cell volume, maximum erythrocyte aggregation index, plasma viscosity, whole blood low-shear viscosity, and whole blood high-shear viscosity than the control group after treatment, and their differences all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had higher total effective rate in treatment as 93.9%（46/49） than 71.4%（35/49） in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the observation had obviously lower National Institutes of Health Stroke scale（NIHSS） score as（7.8±1.5） points than（11.5±2.6） points in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Xuesaitong injection and rosuvastatin in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction patients is helpful to improve hemorheological indexes and neural function in patients, and this method can remarkably improve clinical effect.
