加味小建中汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical curative effect of modified Xiaojianzhong decoction in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis

目的探讨加味小建中汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 92例慢性浅表性胃炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组患者口服雷贝拉唑胶囊进行治疗,观察组患者采用加味小建中汤治疗。观察比较两组的临床治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果经过治疗后,对照组患者的临床总有效率为67.39%,低于观察组的93.48%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者的不良反应发生率为21.74%,高于观察组的6.52%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味小建中汤能有效治疗慢性浅表性胃炎,具有较好的临床疗效,并且不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of modified Xiaojianzhong decoction in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis. Methods A total of 92 chronic superficial gastritis patients as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received oral rabeprazole capsule for treatment, and the observation group received modified Xiaojianzhong decoction for treatment. Observation and comparison were made on clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reactions occurrence situation in two groups. Results After treatment, the control group had lower clinical total effective rate as 67.39% than 93.48% in the observation group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The control group had higher incidence of adverse reactions as 21.74% than 6.52% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Xiaojianzhong decoction shows good clinical curative effect in treating chronic superficial gastritis with low incidence of adverse reactions, and it is worth of clinical promotion and use.
