摘要
针对矿井提升机变频调速系统中电动机多参数、非线性、难建立精确数学模型等特点,提出了采用自适应模糊控制策略对其控制的方法,设计了带修正因子的自适应模糊控制器,选取西门子公司推出的用于交流电动机驱动的通用变频器MICROMASTER440以及用于测量转速的欧姆龙增量型旋转编码器E6A2-C。通过MATLAB仿真比较分析了自适应模糊控制和传统PID控制的控制效果,结果表明,该方法较好的解决了矿井提升机变频调速中的智能控制问题,取得了良好的控制效果,达到了节能环保的目的。
According to the features of the multi - parameter, nonlinearity and precise mathematic model that is hard to be built in the mine hoist inverter- driven system, a self- adaptive fuzzy logic control method is presented, in which tile self- adaptive fuzzy controller is designed, the general frequency converter Siemens MICROMASTER440 is selected, which drives ac - motor and Omron incremental rotary eneoder E6A2 - C is selected, which is used to measure the rotational speed. The control effects of self- adaptive fuzzy control and PID control are analyzed by MATLAB simulation. The result proves that the method has solved the intelligent control problem of the mine hoist inverter - driven, the good control effect has been got- ten and the energy saving and environmental protection been completed.
