PPP模式下监理企业如何进行工程项目管理——以长沙望城区潇湘北路为例

Research on administration method of supervision enterprises under“Public-Private Partnership”model——based on example of Xiaoxiang North road in Wangcheng district

随着城市化进程的逐步加快,城区人口以及城区面积呈现逐年递增的趋势,城市公共基础设施建设越来越重要。本文对PPP模式下监理企业如何进行管理进行了简要分析,对PPP模式的特点以及PPP模式下道路施工监理监管重点和监理企业的解决措施进行探讨。

With the fastening pace of urbanization, the population and space of urban area is showing its tenden- cy of annual growth, thus the urban infrastructure facilities weighs even more. In this paper, the method of administra- tion initiated by the supervision enterprises under PPP model was simply analyzed, and the characteristics of PPP model, the focus of road construction supervision and the resolution adopted by the supervision enterprises under PPP model were discussed.
