The application of erythrocyte-magnetized technology in blood group detection and irregular antibody screening

摘要 目的探讨红细胞磁化技术用于血型检测和不规则抗体筛查的效果及临床意义。方法选取2015年1月-2016年12月绍兴地区93 232份献血者标本,在柯利斯血型仪上用红细胞磁化技术进行ABO、RH(D)血型检测,并对其中的7 038份标本加测不规则抗体,分析评价检测结果。结果 93 232份标本ABO、RH(D)血型检测一次性正确判读率达99.88%;7 038份标本不规则抗体筛选阳性12例(0.17%),其中男性5例,女性7例,不同性别不规则抗体发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于红细胞磁化技术的柯利斯血型仪,在常规血型检测及不规则抗体筛查的应用中,具有操作简便、反应灵敏、结果准确及可追溯等特点。 Objective To evaluate the application of erythrocyte - magnetized technology in blood group detection and irregular antibody screening. Methods Blood samples from 93 232 blood donors in Shaoxing during January 2015 - December 2016 were conducted for the detection of ABO and RH (D) with the erythrocyte - magnetized technology in automatic blood group ana- lyzer Qwalys, and 7 038 samples of them were conducted for the detection of irregular antigen, with the results evaluated. Re- suits Of the 93 232 samples, the rate of the corr - eet detection of ABO and RH(D) was 99.88%. The result of the irregular antibody screening test showed that 12 samples were positive from 7 038 samples, and the positive rate was 0.17% ; there were 5 males and 7 females, and there was no statistical significance on the difference of that between different genders ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The automatic blood group analyzer Qwalys based on erythrocyte - magnetized technology was convenient, sensi- tive, accurat with good traceability on blood group detecting and irregular antibody screening.
