Delta样配体4表达与甲状腺乳头状癌相关性研究

Study on the relationship between DLL4 expression and papillary thyroid cancer

目的探讨Delta样配体4(DLL-4)表达与甲状腺乳头状癌相关性。方法选取207例甲状腺乳头状癌患者为研究对象,采用免疫组化方法分析和评价DLL-4的表达,同时分析其表达与临床病理的相关性。结果 DLL-4在甲状腺乳头状癌细胞的胞浆表达为阳性,阳性表达率为54%(112/207),DLL-4阳性组患者淋巴结转移明显增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);DLL-4在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达与肿瘤浸润、转移显著相关;肿瘤体积大小(>5 mm)、甲状腺外扩散和DLL-4阳性表达与淋巴结宏转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 DLL-4过度表达与甲状腺癌的浸润和转移密切相关,抗DLL-4治疗可能成为甲状腺乳头状癌治疗有效靶点。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Delta - like ligand 4 （ DLL - 4） in papillary thy- roid carcinoma. Methods 207 papillary thyroid cancer patients were collected in the present study. DLI -4 expression in pa- pillary thyroid cancer was analyzed and evaluated immunohistoehemieally. The correlation between DLI -4 and clinicopathologi- ca] factors was also evaluated. Results DLI -4 expression was detected in the cytoplasm of papillary thyroid cancer cells and the positive rate was 54% （ 112/207 ）. The lymph node metastasis in patients of DL1-4 group significantly increased; papillary thyroid cancer DLI -4 expression was significantly correlated with thyroid tumour invasion and metastasis, tumor size （ 〉 5 mm）, extrathyroidal extension, and the positive expression of DL1-4 was positively correlated with lymph node metasta- sis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Over expression of DLI - 4 is associated with thyroid turnout invasion and metastasis, and it may be an effective target of anti - DLI - 4 treatment in papillary thyroid cancer.
