曲靖市2014年-2015年流感监测和病原学鉴定结果分析

Analysis of the results of influenza surveillance and etiological identification in Qujing from 2014 to 2015

目的了解曲靖市流行性感冒(简称流感)流行动态,为及时预警流感活动强度和流感的防治提供科学依据。方法收集2014年第1周-2015年第53周曲靖市流感监测资料和病原学数据,分析流感样病例占门诊病例的百分比、病毒分离率及流感病毒各型别构成及变化规律。结果 2014年-2015年国家哨点医院曲靖市第一人民医院流感监测结果,就诊病例共计521 537例,其中流感样病例12 072例,占监测就诊病例的2.31%。共采集流感样病例咽拭子标本2 354份,分离出流感病毒122份,分离率为5.18%,其中甲型74份,主要为H3N2亚型,占60.66%;乙型48份,占39.34%。结论 2014年-2015年曲靖市流感处于相对平稳状态,15岁~年龄组是此流行期的高危人群,流感样病例监测和病原学监测,可及时反映流感活动状况,对掌握该地区流感流行规律和防控有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the epidemiological dynamic status of influenza in Qujing, so as to provide scientific evi- dence for the early warning and effective control of influenza epidemic. Methods The surveillance and etiological detection da- ta of influenza like illness（ILl） in Qujing from the 1^st week of 2014 to the 53^nd week of 2015 were collected, and the analysis was conducted on the proportion of ILI cases in outpatient visits, virus isolation rate and variation law of all types of influenza virus. Results A total of 12 072 ILI cases were reported in the Qujing People＇s Hospital, a national sentinel hospital, during 2014 - 2015 from 521 537 inpatients, accounting for 2.31%. 2 354 swab specimens were collected, the influenza virus were isolated in 122 cases, with the isolation rate of 5.18%, among which 74 strains were influenza A virus, accounting for 60.66%, mainly were H3N2 subtype; 48 strains were influenza B virus, accounting for 39.34%. Conclusion Influenza was relatively stable in Qujing from 2014 to 2015. Children under 15 were the high -risk groups. Surveillance of ILI and etiology, which can promptly reflect the influenza epidemic situation, play a significant role for understanding the epidemic rule of influenza and control.
