大蒜素抗隐孢子虫的免疫机制观察

Effect of allitridin on macrophage function in mice

目的 研究大蒜素对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响 ,观察大蒜素抗隐孢子虫的免疫机制。方法 采用大蒜素胶囊和注射液多次给药 ,观察小鼠巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数。结果 大蒜素胶囊 5 0mg·kg-1灌胃给药 4次 ,或大蒜素注射液腹腔注射给药 4次 ,均可明显提高小鼠吞噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数。

Objective: To study the effect of allitridin on macrophage function in mice Methods: The phagocytic index and rate of chicken erythrocytes by peripheral macrophages were measured after multiple doses of allitridin capsules and injection Results: The rate of phagocytosis and phagoindex of murin macrophage increase after allitridin capsule 50 mg·kg -1 ig or allitridin injection 50 mg·kg -1 ip were given for 4 times. Conclusion: Allitridin preparation can potentiate murin macrophages phagocytosis
