摘要
目的 观察不同类型颈椎病患者转颈试验前后脑电图 (EEG)变化 ,分析EEG对颈椎病的鉴别诊断意义。方法 对 4 8例不同类型颈椎病患者行常规及转颈诱发试验后EEG描记 ,对比分析转颈试验前后EEG变化。结果 椎动脉型颈椎病患者转颈试验诱发后EEG异常程度明显加重 ,正常健康对照组及其它类型颈椎病患者EEG转颈试验后EEG无明显变化。结论 结合转颈诱发试验 ,EEG对不同类型颈椎病有鉴别诊断意义。
Objective: To study the electroencephalograms of the patients with different types of cervical spondylosis with the use of neck turning activating procedure and determine the value of EEG in differentiating diagnosis of cervical spondylosis Methods: forty eight patients and 14 normal contrasts received regular and activating EEG examining and the EEGs were analyzed Results: EEGs of the patients with cervical artery type spondylosis showed the deterioration in severity after the activating tests, but no change was found in patients with other types of spondylosis or in the normal contrasts Conclusion: With the use of neck turning activating procedure EEG has its value in differentiating diagnosis of cervical spondylosis
