摘要 本文通过测试10.0mm Ti-70钛合金板材不同温度的冲击韧性,观测冲击断口形貌,研究了Ti-70钛合金板材冲击韧性与温度的关系,分析了不同温度下Ti-70钛合金板材的断裂方式。结果表明,25℃^-120℃随着温度降低,Ti70板材冲击功逐渐降低,但无明显韧脆转变现象。随冲击温度降低,断口脆性断面率逐渐上升,不同温度下冲击断口均为准解理断裂。 By testing of the effects of different test temperature on impact toughness of 10.0 mm Ti-70 titanium alloy, the fracture morphology were observed, and the relationship between temperature and impact toughness were studied, the fracture mechanisms in different temperature was analyzed. The results show that from 25℃ to-120℃, with the temperature reducing, the impact energy of Ti-70 plate gradually decreased, but no obvious brittle transition phenomenon. With the decreasing of temperature impact, the fragile fracture rate rises gradually, and the impact fractures on different temperature are subject to quasi-cleavage fracture.
