摘要
本文总结了我国铝用阴极材料的生产现状及发展方向。石墨含量为30%、50%的石墨质阴极炭块是我国铝用阴极炭块的主导产品,石墨化阴极炭块已在300KA、400k A电解槽系列上得到了工业应用,越来越多的电解铝厂采用了环保且易于施工并能保证筑炉质量的冷捣糊砌筑电解槽。本文提出我国大型铝电解槽铝用阴极材料的发展方向是:采用抗电解质侵蚀能力强、导热导电性能好的石墨化阴极炭块、高石墨质阴极炭块以及高质量环保冷捣糊。
The production status of the cathode materials for Chinese aluminum industry was reviewed in this paper. The semi graphitic cathode blocks with graphite contents of 30% or 50% are the leading products for aluminum reduction cells, and the fully graphitized cathodes have been used in the 300kA and 400kA aluminum reduction cells in China. More and more aluminum smelters are using the cold ramming paste with high quality, which is environment friendly, easily used in the cell overhaul process It is the outlook for Chinese smelting industry that the graphite cathode blocks with strong anti- electrolytic corrosion ability and excellent thermal and conductive property and environment friendly cold ramming paste will be widely applied in the large amperage aluminum reduction cells.
