基于Aspen Plus软件模拟六水氯化铝盐析结晶工艺的研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用Aspen plus软件模拟六水氯化铝盐析结晶生产工艺,建立包括Flash2闪蒸器和Crystallizer结晶器的模拟流程,结晶器选择PITZER物性方法,使用灵敏度模块绘制了AlCl_3-H_2O-HCl三元水盐体系中HCl与AlCl_3浓度的关系曲线,计算值与文献数据吻合良好。利用建立的模型,对美国矿务局盐析结晶中试实验条件下六水氯化铝产能与料液成分进行了计算,结果和实验数据最大相对误差仅为2%。文章还对结晶工艺条件进行了模拟分析,结果表明:六水氯化铝产率均随盐析母液中HCL浓度、原液中氯化铝浓度的增大和温度的升高而增大,其中HCL浓度的影响最大,温度的影响最小,并且增加原液氯化铝浓度有利于降低HCl物料消耗。 The progress of salting-out crystallization of aluminum chloride hexahydrate was simulated by Aspen plus, simulation process including Falsh2 evaporator and Crystallizer were established. PITZER was selected as the physical method of Crystallizer. The curve about the concentration of HCl and AlCl3 in the ternary system AlCl3-H2O-HCl was executed by sensitivity module of Aspen Plus. Calculated values were in good agreement with literature values. With the established model, the capacity of Aluminium Chloride Hexahydrate and the component of feeding liquid in a pilot-scale reactor of salting out crystallization of the United States Bureau of mines were calculated. The maximum relative error between calculated values and literature values were less than 2%. In addition, the simulation study for crystalline condition was conducted. The results showed that the yield of Aluminium Chloride Hexahydrate increased with the concentration of HCl, Aluminum Chloride and temperature increased in Crystal Liquor, among which concentration of HCl had the greatest impact and temperature had minimal impact, and the consumption of HCl was reduced by increasing the concentration of Aluminum Chloride in the raw liquid.
