小儿泌尿系结石治疗中的并发症分析与处理

Analysis and treatment of the complications during the therapy of pediatric urinary calculus

小儿泌尿系结石有其特殊性,目前主要的治疗方法有:保守疗法、体外冲击波碎石术、经皮肾镜碎石取石术、输尿管镜碎石术、腹腔镜切开取石术和开放性手术。但各种方法都有其并发症且治疗中的并发症可能影响小儿泌尿系统的生长发育。本文就小儿泌尿系结石治疗中的并发症及其处理措施进行探讨,为临床治疗提供借鉴。

Pediatric urinary calculus is special.At present,the main treatment methods include conservative treatment,extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,percutaneous nephrostolithotomy,ureteroscopic lithotripsy,laparoscopic ureterolithotomy and open surgery.But each method has its complications and the complications during the therapy of pediatric urinary calculus may influence the growth and development of pediatric urinary system.This paper will review the complications during the therapy of pediatric urinary calculus and their treatments,aiming at providing suggestions for clinical therapy.
