摘要
为了提高设备型企业售后维修的服务效率,满足客户移动化服务需求,采用近年来互联网出现的新技术Node.js作为后台服务平台,设计了一个面向多客户端的移动报修系统。使用Ionic在微信企业服务号中开发了客户报修功能,可以自动获取客户身份,返回客户所购产品列表供客户选择,提高了客户的报修效率与体验;在PC平台使用Angular Js框架与Html5框架开发了售后维修管理平台,完成报修业务处理与指派维修工程师的工作;在Android平台为维修人员开发了一款专用App,用于维修人员查看维修新任务、接收维修任务,填写维修报告等。
A multi-client mobile repair system based on the new technology of Node.js as a background service platform is designed in this paper.In the We Chat business service number use Ionic develop the customer repair function,automatically obtain the customer status,return customers’ purchased product list for customers to choose,this improve the customer’s repair efficiency and experience.On the PC platform use Angular Js framework and Html5 develop after-sales maintenance management platform to process the repair business and assign engineers’ maintenance work.
