摘要
[目的]分析绩效考核对消化内科护士心理状态、工作积极性、护理质量的影响。[方法]在2015-06—2016-06期间对43名消化内科护理人员进行绩效考核,比较他们绩效考核前后心理状态、工作积极性、护理质量的变化情况。[结果]实施绩效考核后护理人员的症状自评量表(SCL-90)中抑郁、焦虑、人际关系敏感、躯体化、精神病性评分较实施前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实施绩效考核后的护理质量及护士工作积极性较实施前提高(P<0.05),实施绩效考核后患者住院满意度提升(P<0.01)。[结论]实施护理绩效考核有利于降低护士工作压力,调动护士积极性,提高护理工作质量,促进住院患者满意度的提升,是科学管理的重大举措。
[Objective]To evaluate the influence of the performance appraisal on psychological status, working enthusiasm and the quality of care in nurses of the gastrointestinal division, through with to carry out the performance appraisal scheme to actively improve the psychological status and promote the quality of care in nurses, [Methods]The evaluation was based on the analysis of performance appraisal on 43 diges- tive internal medical nurses on a large third general hospital from June in 2015 to June in 2016 ,in which we compared the changes of psychological status, working enthusiasm and the quality of care after the carrying out performance appraisal aiming at the nurses on the hospital, [Results]The nurses' symptom self-assess- ment scale(SCL-90), score Showed that the symptoms of depression, anxiety, interpersonal sensitivity, som- atization,psychotic score after the performance appraisal were significantly decreased than those before the performance(P〈0.05). The quality of care and the working enthusiasm,as well as the satisfaction from the patients, were also significantly improved greatly than those before the performance(P〈0.05). [Conclusion]Nursing performance appraisal is a vital measure of the scientific management which benefit for reducing work pressure, arouse the enthusiasm, and improve quality of care and satisfaction of hospitalized patients.
