摘要 沪通长江大桥钢梁制造规模大,采用箱桁组合新结构、两节间大节段悬拼架设新工法,对制造工艺、制造精度提出了更高要求。为满足钢梁制造工艺、安全质量以及工效需要,指挥部深入推广标准化管理,以"工厂化、专业化"制造模式为依托,设计使用新型工装胎具、引进成套具有国际领先水平的制造设备,推动生产线、设备的更新换代,实现"机械化"制造,促进制造工艺优化与提升。与此同时,探索BIM技术、焊缝信息管理、虚拟拼装等信息化手段,使自动化制造、智能化管理与传统制造工艺有机结合,对智能化建桥做出了有益尝试。沪通长江大桥钢梁制造管理体系保证了钢梁制造高精度、高质量、高产出,为优质高效的钢梁安装奠定基础。 The manufacturing of steel girders of the Hutong Yangtze River Bridge is large in scale. Application of the new box girder-truss structure and the new construction method of cantilever assembly erection in the large joint between two sections of the bridge poses higher requirements on the manufacturing process and manufacturing precision. To meet the demands on process, safety, quality and efficiency of steel girder manufacturing, the construction headquarter promoted standardized management, and with "factory-like, specialized" manufacturing model as the basis, designed and used new tool machining model, introduced complete sets of globally advanced manufacturing equipment, promoted the upgrade production lines and equipment, achieved "mechanized" manufacturing, and promoted the optimization and upgrading of manufacturing processes. At the same time, it also explored ways to apply BIM technology, weld information management, virtual assembly and other high-tech means, so that automated manufacturing, intelligent management and traditional manufacturing are organically combined, making a useful attempt at intelligent bridge building. Management of steel girder manufacturing for Hutong Yangtze River Bridge ensures high precision, quality and output of steel girders, laying a strong foundation for the efficient and high quality installation of steel girders.
