摘要 聚氨酯固化道床施工设备监控系统主要由PC监控系统、PLC控制系统、带Wi-Fi节点的检测监测设备等硬件模块组成,各分散硬件模块利用Wi-Fi网络通信技术实现数据交换。PC监控系统模块可远程监控底层PLC控制系统工作状态和各路检测监测设备数据,指导操作者安全施工。PLC控制系统模块负责可靠控制执行机构工作。检测监测设备模块采集相关开关量、脉冲数、图像等信息。该系统解决了分散施工的聚氨酯固化道床机械设备之间大容量数据远距离传输的问题,可实现各个设备的协同工作,提高工作效率和施工安全性。 The monitoring system of construction equipment for polyurethane cured railway bed mainly consists of hardware modules such as PC monitoring system, PLC control system and inspection & monitoring equipment with Wi-Fi node. Those modules exchange data with each other through Wi-Fi. PC monitoring module can monitor the working condition of PLC control system at the bottom layer and data from all inspection & monitoring equipment, thus guiding safe construction of the operators. PLC control system is responsible for controlling the implementation organization reliably. Inspection & monitoring module acquires information relating to switch state, pulse count, image, etc. The system solves the problem of long-distance transmission of large-volume data among the equipment for polyurethane cured railway bed scattered in different places. In this way, the system could realize coordination of the equipment, improve efficiency and enhance safety of construction.
