Research on Detection Technology for Bogie Frame of EMU

介绍动车组转向架构架的结构、作用及其部分技术基准,依据检测需求对三坐标测量机进行选型配置。列出三坐标测量机检测动车组转向架构架的检测过程,并进行检测示例说明。应用三坐标测量机在转向架构架、工装中开展检测,可有效保证转向架的整体质量。

This paper introduces the structure, function and part of technical standard of EMU bogie flame, and selects the type and configuration of three-coordinate measuring machine according to the test demand. Describes the detection process of three-coordinate measuring machine to the bogie flame of EMU, and provides examples. The application of three-coordinate measuring machine in bogie frame and tooling testing can effectively guarantee the overall quality of bogie.
