摘要 针对当前部队缺乏装备维修训练手段的问题,基于"虚实结合"思想设计了一种防空导弹武器系统全任务维修训练模拟器。采用半实物仿真技术构建了基于以太网的多PC分布式体系结构;采用虚拟现实技术构建了虚拟维修训练环境;基于"虚拟维修中测量使用真实信号"理念采用"虚拟维修计算机+任意波形发生器"实现了战车测试信号产生;提出了"维修训练融入操作训练"的训练模式,实现了操作训练和维修训练的有效无缝连接。通过在教学实践中使用证明,该系统结构合理,可靠性高,扩展性好,并对其他复杂装备的维修训练模拟器研制有指导意义。 Aiming at the question of lacking the maintenance training equipment,a full-task maintenance simulation training system for an air defense missile is designed based on the"integrated of virtual and actual". Adopting the hardware-in-the-loop simulation,the multi-PC distributed system architecture is constructed based on the Ethernet;Adopting the virtual reality technology,the virtual maintenance training environment is constructed;Adopting "virtual maintenance computer+ arbitrary waveform generator",the test signal is simulated;The training method of "syncretizing operation training and maintenance training"is put forward. The system has logical architecture,high reliability and good expansibility by using the teaching practice which also can provide effective direction of maintenance simulation training system of other complex equipment.
