网络链接是互联网中普遍采取的技术手段。深度链接不同于普通链接提供定位和链接服务,其作为一种作品展示方式,将被链网站的作品直接在自己页面上呈现,实质替代被链网站提供作品的功能,应采用"实质呈现标准"认定深度链接行为,拓宽现行著作权法意义上的信息网络传播权,追究设链者的直接侵权责任。

Hyperlink isa kind of common technology in the Internet. Deep linking, which provides location and linking service, is different from normal linking. As a way to present, deep linking helps the linking page replace the linked page to present works by showing the worksdirectly on a web page instead of on its original web page. So virtual presentation standardshould e adopted to affirm the deep linking behavior and to investigate the direct in-fringement of the website setting links, through expanding the legislative scope of current information network disseminationright in accordance with the copyright law.
