地方普通高校转型背景下数字媒体技术专业发展路径探析

A Tentative Analysis of the Development of Digital Media Technology under the Background of the Transformation of Local Colleges and Universities

目前,地方普通本科高校转型发展已经成为地方高校办学改革的热点之一。作为一门新兴的多学科交叉应用技术型专业,数字媒体技术在高校转型和社会经济转型中理应发挥其积极的作用。然而,我国地方普通本科高校在数字媒体技术专业建设上普遍存在着办学目标定位模糊、课程设置与当地社会经济契合度低、师资队伍重"学"轻"术"、实践环节把控乏力等诸多问题。为迎接高校转型带来的机遇和挑战,地方普通本科高校应充分运用三角协调模式中政府权力主导作用,在行业企业参与下准确定位应用技术型专业发展目标,引入行业企业力量共同优化培养体系,建设持续、多元的"双师型"师资队伍和开放合作的创新实践教学平台,以促进数字媒体技术专业的有效提升,更好地服务于社会经济和产业转型的发展。

At present,the transformation and development of local colleges and universities have become one of the hot spots for educational reforming. As a new multidisciplinary application discipline,the digital media technology should play an active role in the transformation of colleges and universities and social economy. However,in China,some common problems have emerged in the major construction of digital media technology,such as the unclear education positioning,lower degree of compatibility of curriculum and social local economies,too much emphasis on academic question butnot on practice and insufficient monitoring on practical experiences,etc.. To meet the challenges as well as opportunities brought by the transformation of colleges and universities,local colleges and universities should make full use of government's leading power in the triangle coordination model,and build a applicable and technological system with the involvement of companies and industries. For a better major development and more sufficient service for social economy and the transformation of an industry,a sustainable and multidimensional teaching faculty with ' double-qualified' teachers and an innovation practice platform oriented for opening and cooperation should also been built.
