中国百姓将柴、米、油、盐、酱、醋、茶并列为开门七件事。可见,茶之一事早已融入我国百姓的日常生活中。在我国悠久灿烂的文化中,茶文化独具魅力。茶谱是记载茶文化的重要载体,展示了各个时代茶文化的变迁及其背后经济文化的发展变化。四库馆臣所著录的茶谱有鲜明的特点,反映出他们对茶文化的重视,同时,也折射出他们"贵远贱近""经世致用"等思想理念。

Chinese people take firewood, rice , oil , salt, sauce, vinegar, tea as seven necessities. It can be seen that tea has long been integrated into the daily life of Chinese people. In the long and splendid Chinese cul-ture, the tea culture has its unique charm. Tea manual is an important carrier of tea cul ture, showing the changes of tea culture in various times and the development of economy behind it. The tea manuals recorded by Siku library ministers have distinctive features, reflecting their attention to the tea cul ture, and their thoughts of ＂ to revere the past and despise the present＂ , ＂practical use＂ and other ideas.
