100例乳腺癌彩色多普勒超声表现及其病理相关性研究

Study on the correlation between pathology and the Colour Doppler ultrasound results of 100 cases of breast cancer

目的探讨100例乳腺癌彩色多普勒超声表现及其病理相关性。方法选取2014年9月至2016年9月本院收治的100例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,按照疾病类型将其分为导管内癌组(6例)、浸润性导管癌组(87例)、浸润性小叶癌组(5例)、髓样癌组(2例)。所有患者均行彩色多普勒超声检查肿块边界、钙化、后方回声及血流型号情况。结果四组患者肿瘤边界情况比较有显著差异(P<0.05);其中,导管内癌组患者与浸润性导管癌组患者肿瘤边界情况比较有显著差异(P<0.05),导管内癌边界以边界不清为主,浸润性导管癌边界以毛刺状为主。四组患者肿瘤后方回声情况比较有显著差异(P<0.05);其中,导管内癌组患者与浸润性导管癌组患者肿瘤后方回声情况比较有显著差异(P<0.05),导管内癌后方回声以无变化为主,浸润性导管癌后方回声以衰减为主。四组患者肿瘤钙化和血流信号情况比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者彩色多普勒超声表现与肿瘤浸润状况、病理特征等具有良好的相关性,彩色多普勒超声对于乳腺癌患者术前无创评价预后有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the study on the correlation between pathology and the Colour Doppler ultrasound results of 100 cases of breast cancer. Method 100 cases patients with breast cancer in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were selected as study objects, according to disease type, they were divided into ductal carcinoma group （n = 6）, invasive ductal carcinoma group （n = 87）, invasive lobular carcinoma group （n = 5）, and medullary carcinoma group （n = 2）. All patients were detected with Colour Doppler ultrasound to detect tumor boundary, calcification, rear echo and blood flow signal. Result Tumor boundaries had significant difference among four groups （P 〈 0.05）, ductal carcinoma group showed significant difference compared with invasive ductal carcinoma group （P 〈 0.05）, the boundary of intraductal carcinoma was mainly not clear, the boundary of invasive ductal carcinoma was mainly spiculate. The rear echo had significant difference among four groups （P 〈 0.05）, ductal carcinoma group showed significant difference compared with invasive ductal carcinoma group （P 〈 0.05）, the rear echo of ductal carcinoma was mainly with no changes, the rear echo of invasive ductal carcinoma was mainly with attenuation. There were no significant differences in calcification and blood flow signal among four groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Colour Doppler ultrasound results show good correlation with breast cancer tumor invasion and pathological features, and play an important role for bteast cancer patients to receive preoperative noninvasive evaluation of prognosis.
