Combined with the expand advantages of rich variety clients in the client/server （C/S） structure and the browser/server （B/S） structure,an efficient distributed operational application framework based on model-view-controller （MVC） is proposed. The framework can provide an effective architecture solution for the large system and the large amount of data operational appli-cation software development by separating the business processes and the logic calculation.
