氨溴索支气管肺泡灌洗治疗支气管扩张并感染的疗效

Efficacy of Bronchoalveolar Lavage with Ambroxol in Bronchiectasis Complicated by Infection

目的探讨氨溴索支气管肺泡灌洗治疗支气管扩张并感染的疗效。方法选取支气管扩张合并感染患者168例,按肺泡灌洗药物的不同分为对照组(n=70)和研究组(n=98),对照组和研究组分别予生理盐水100mL、氨溴索粉针90mg+生理盐水100mL进行肺泡灌洗,其他处理相同。比较2组相关临床指标、治疗效果。结果研究组退热时间、咳嗽咳痰消失时间和湿啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组各项血气指标均得到显著改善,且研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨溴索支气管肺泡灌洗治疗支气管扩张合并感染疗效确切,是临床可选择的理想治疗方式之一。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of bronchoalveolar lavage with ambroxol in bronchiectasis complicated by infection.Methods A total of 168 patients with bronchiectasis complicated by infection were divided into two groups.The study group(n=98)was given bronchoalveolar lavage with 100 mL normal saline containing 90 mg ambroxol.The control group(n=70)only received bronchoalveolar lavage with 100 mL normal saline.Clinical indicators and treatment outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The time to fever subsidence,cough disappearance and moist rale disappearance in study group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood gas indices were improved in both groups,and the improvement in study group was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.05).ConclusionAs an alternative treatment option,bronchoalveolar lavage with ambroxol is effective for bronchiectasis complicated by infection.
