Research on the Application of Case Teaching Method in "Safety Law"

案例教学法是课堂讲授中常用的一种教学方法,在法学等学科的教学中得到了广泛的应用。案例教学分为四个阶段,分别为课前准备阶段、课内讲述阶段、分析讨论阶段、总结阶段。对于案例教学法,案例选择是关键,教师的引导启发作用很重要,学生的准备和参与程度影响案例教学的效果。教学实践证明,案例教学法在安全法学课程教学中取得了较好的效果。

Case teaching method is one of the commonly used teaching methods in classroom teaching,which has been widely used in law and other disciplines. Based on the characteristics and main contents of ' safety law ',this paper analyzes the applicability of case teaching method in ' safety law ' courses. The implementation of the case teaching method of ' safety law ' is discussed. It divides the case teaching into four stages: pre-class preparation stage,class narration stage,analysis and discussion stage and summary stage. The teaching effect of case teaching is analyzed from the perspective of students and the teacher. As for case teaching,the key lies in choosing case,the teachers' guidance and enlightenment also play a significant role,and furthermore,the students' preparation and participation will influence the effect of case teaching. The teaching practice proves that case teaching method has achieved good teaching effect in the course of ' safety law '.
