摘要 异养硝化菌是一类对水环境适应能力强,对实际水处理工程有利的新型脱氮菌。文章采用间甲酚和琥珀酸钠同时作为碳源,氯化铵作为氮源,研究了菌株Brevibacillus borstelensis异养硝化性能及关键酶活性。结果表明,该菌株降解间甲酚的同时能有效去除氨氮,其氨单加氧酶(AMO)与羟胺氧化酶(HAO)在一定条件下均表现出较高的活力,为深入了解该菌的异养硝化性能提供参考,也为今后该菌的实际工程应用奠定了一定的理论基础。 Heterotrophic nitrification bacteria are a kind of new nitrogen removal bacteria which have strong adaptability to water environment and are beneficial to the actual water treatment projects.In this paper,Brevibacillus and borstelensis were used as carbon source and ammonium chloride was used as nitrogen source.The heterotrophic nitrification and key enzyme activities were studied.The results showed that the strain could effectively remove ammonia nitrogen,and the ammonia monooxygenase(AMO)and hydroxylamine oxidase(HAO)showed high activity under certain conditions.The results provide a theoretical basis for the further study on the heterotrophic nitrification of the bacteria and the practical application of the bacteria.
