摘要
基于对H省S村和M村的样本研究,发现农村空心化在中国农村愈演愈烈,并愈来愈成为横亘在我国农村社会发展面前的一个重大性、社会性和发展性问题,引起了广大专家学者和中央高层的广泛关注。因此,我国要在统筹城乡二元发展、全面推进幸福村落建设和农村养老保险体系制度的前提下,全面加强农村文化建设、生产力建设、现代化建设和农业集约化建设。通过科学规划和有效治理来填充农村空心化的巨大天坑,以创新农村社会治理的全新视角来破解农村空心化难题和困境。
Based on the sample study of village S and village M in H province, we find that rural hollowing is becoming more and more intense in China’s rural areas, and more and more becomes a major, social and developmental problem in the face of rural social development in China. The majority of experts and scholars and the central high-level attention. Therefore, under the precondition of coordinating urban and rural development, comprehensively promoting the construction of happy villages and the system of rural old-age insurance system, we should comprehensively strengthen the construction of rural culture, the construction of productive forces, the modernization construction and the intensification of agriculture. Through the scientific planning and effective governance to fill the rural hollow of the huge doline, to innovate a new perspective of rural social governance to solve the rural hollow problems and difficulties.
