21世纪后的中国,已进入一个风险社会,在金融危机的频繁冲击下,市场对企业风险监管的能力提出了更高的要求,公司的持续健康发展,越来越离不开法律的保障。因此,企业法律风险的防控就显得至关重要。明确内外部法律环境,分析、评估公司法律风险,控制公司法律风险,成为了如今企业管理的重要课题。本文针对目前企业管理运营中存在的法律风险问题,并结合相关法律风险标准和实践经验,从多方面对公司法律风险中的重要问题进行分析,并提出了粗浅的企业法律风险管理建议。

According to the legal risks existing in the current business management, combined with related legal risk standards and practices, carries on the analysis from various aspects on important questions of company legal risks, construction of legal risk prevention and management method is effective in controlling corporate legal risk in an important way, more reasonable enterprise legal risk management method is proposed.
