摘要
为提高我军联合投送指挥效能,创新联合投送指挥方式,分析美军任务式指挥的背景及特点,提出我军当前联合投送指挥应该构建"扁平式"联合投送指挥体系,形成灵活高效的联合投送指挥方式,确立适应变化、反应快捷的联合投送指挥程序,建立计划协同和随机协同有机结合的联合投送协同方式,由以军运计划为中心的传统指挥方式过渡到以任务为中心的任务式指挥。
To improve the command efficiency and create command mode of joint projection in our army,the paper firstly analyzes the background and characteristics of mission command in US army. Then,it proposes that we should establish a flat command system and form a flexible and efficient command mode,build a joint projection command procedure and set up a plan and random integrated coordination mode,and transform the traditional command of military-transport plan centered to task-centered mission command.
