摘要
三角履带支撑架作为三角履带动力底盘最为重要的支撑装置之一,其性能好坏在一定程度上影响着三角履带底盘的使用寿命.针对三角履带支撑架在三角履带上使用时容易产生的共振及疲劳等问题,应用Solid Works建立三角履带支撑架有限元模型,借助ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对三角履带支撑架进行模态分析,得到各阶频率、对应的振型及应变云图,为避免发生共振及后续结构改进等研究提供有效的理论基础.
Triangular crawler support frame is one of the most important supporting devices of triangular crawler dynamic chassis, so its performance affects the service life of the triangular crawler chassis to a certain extent. The triangular crawler support frame easily causes resonance and fatigue problems during its use in the triangular crawler. Therefore, the paper uses SolidWorks to set up the triangular crawler support frame finite element model and uses A N S Y S finite element software workbench to do a modal analysis on the triangular crawler support frame to get the frequencies at different stages, corresponding vibration modes and corresponding strain nephogram so as to provide a theoretical basis to avoid resonance and for subse-quent structural improvement.
