摘要
分析了广西某企业转炉泥的利用现状,研究了淀粉、石灰、黏结剂A及含量对球团的抗压强度及落下强度的影响。研究表明:黏结剂A含量为3%时,球团抗压强度为265 N,落下强度为13次/个。球团法很好的拓展了转炉泥的使用途径,使当地企业废弃物资源得到更好的循环利用,减轻了废弃物对环境的污染。
The converter sludge utilization of an enterprise in Guangxi is Analyzed. The influence of starch,lime and amount of binder on pellets compressive strength and drop strength was studied. Research shows that: the compressive strength is 265 N and the drop strength is 13 times per one in the dosage with 3% of binder A. The using way of converter sludge increases the cycling utilization of the waste resources. Meanwhile,pressure of the local environmental protection is decreasd.
