美国密歇根州立大学的教师教育享誉世界,其在教育实习质量保障方面的经验值得借鉴参考。其教育实习质量保障是全程、全方位的,包括实习前的实习资格准入制度、实习分配制度、实习指导教师职责制度、实习评价制度、实习过程中的专业学习计划等。
This study aimed to explore the relationship between grit and depression and the mediated effect of self -esteem in the relationship in adolescences. A sample of 766 junior middle school students completed the Grit Scale, the self - Esteem Scale, and CES -D Self-Reported Depression Scale. Results : Grit was correlated with depression and self-esteem partially mediated the association between grit and depression in adolescences. Grit of adolescences can make a direct prediction to depression, and also has an indirect effect to it through self- esteem.
