摘要
核心素养教育是我国现阶段基础教育改革的新路向,改革的实现路径包括课程改革、课堂教学改革和教育评价改革。其中,课程改革是"关键之步",课堂教学改革是"基础之步",教育评价改革则是"提升之步"。在教育改革支持系统中,国家政策、社会舆论、民间组织和家庭教育处于宏观"环境层",学校自治、社区资源处于中观"过渡层",教师培养处于微观"核心层"。基础教育改革的持续推行和有效实现,需要维持"三层一体"教育改革支持系统的良性运行。
Core competencies education is the new direction of China s current basic education reform. The ways to realize the basic education reform based on the core competencies include the curriculum reform, the classroom teaching reform and the education evaluation reform. The curriculum reform is the " key step" , the classroom teaching reform is " the basic step" , the education evaluation reform is " the enhance step”? In the educational reform support system, national policies, public opinion, civil organizations and family education are in the layer of ‘‘macro environment” school autonomy and community resources are in the layer of "meso transition" teachers training is in the layer of “micro core”. The continuous and effective implementation of the reform requires the be-nign operation of the " three layers" education reform support system.
