云南省高职教育水平与区域产业结构的协调性分析

The Analysis of the Coordination between the Higher Vocational Education and Regional Industrial Structure in Yunnan Province

高职教育发展须与经济社会发展相适应、相匹配、相协调。通过对云南省国民经济发展情况和高职教育发展情况的统计,建立相似系数和偏离度分析指标,实证分析云南省高职教育水平与区域产业结构演变的协调性。结果表明,全省及昆明地区协调度较好,偏差较小,契合度高,其余各地区协调质量差,高职教育各区域发展不均衡。据此提出了相应的对策和建议。

The development of higher vocational education should be compatible with economic and social development through a coordinate way. Based on analysis on the development of national economy andhigher vocational education in Yunnan province, the similarity coefficient and deviation analysis index are established, and the coordination between the level of higher vocational education and the evolution of re-gional industrial structure is analyzed empirically. The analysis shows that a better coordination degree isobtained not only in Kunming but the whole province with small deviation and high integrating degree, while the rest shows a poor quality on regional coordination. The regional development of higher vocation-al education is out of balance. In this connection, corresponding strategies and advice are put forward.
